Axon Moore are looking for a high calibre Transactional Manager on a 12 month FTC for a business currently undergoing a Finance Transformation program. It is an excellent time to join the organisation as you will be directly involved in shaping the futureof Transactional Finance.
Duties as Interim Transactional Manager:

- Full management of the accounts payable process, ensuring suppliers are paid according to payment terms
- Full management of the accounts receivable process, keeping debt to a minimum
- Direct management of the team including performance management, mentoring, motivating, training and development
- Manage all escalations and high-level queries
- Review and prepare KPI and management reports of a weekly, monthly and adhoc basis
- Take on a number of projects to maximise efficiency's within the team
- Work with stakeholders throughout the business to meet company wide policies
Person Specification:

- Experience of working in a complex business
- Experience of with high volumes of transactions is highly advantageous.
- Strong Management skills with knowledge and experience of both Credit and Payable team management in a similar Transactional Manager role, or Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger Manager.
- Proficient in excel and the manipulation of large volumes of data
The role is offered with Hybrid / Flexible working, 25 days holiday and free parking when on site.
