If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing the lives of the residents at "The Residences," ensuring the highest standards of professionalism and customer service are consistently met. **Key Responsibilities**: - Warmly welcoming all visitors to The Residences. - Overseeing the service of meals in the Dining Room and to residents' suites. - Ensuring the availability and service of coffee, tea, drinks, cakes, and snacks. - Daily delivery of provisions to residents' kitchenettes. - Collaborating with the Wellbeing Co-ordinator for the delivery of wellbeing activities. - Arranging the delivery of enhanced services such as chauffeur service, flowers, or event tickets. - Taking ownership of resident requests and ensuring their fulfillment. - Coordinating preparations for resident admissions to The Residences by communicating with residents prior to their move-in and with all relevant departments of the home. - Working closely with all other home departments (Housekeeping, Maintenance, Kitchen, Lifestyles/Wellbeing, Care) to maintain the highest standards for residents and their overall experience. **Why Choose Us**: Join us today and take the first step toward a rewarding career in the care sector.
