**About the roles**:
We are looking for two grounds maintenance operatives to join our team covering Budleigh Salterton, Cranbrook and the outer West part of the District, based out of our Exmouth depot.

Undertaking grounds maintenance and some street cleansing within our parks, gardens and public open spaces, you will maintain our outstandingly beautiful environment through grass cutting and general grounds maintenance, litter picking, sweeping and emptying bins, as well as servicing our public lavatories as assigned by your area team leader. You will need to be able to work diligently with mínimal supervision, including at weekends and on public holidays. If you enjoy working outdoors and share our passion for keeping East Devon clean and green we want to hear from you.

**About you**

You must have practical experience in a grounds maintenance role and you’ll need to be able to work seasonal hours (41.5 hours in summer, 32.5 hours in winter - average of 37 hours per week) include weekend working. A valid driver’s licence is essential, and a category C1 C1E or C driving licence (or B licence issued prior to Jan 1997) would be a distinct advantage.
