Bespoke Buyer - Chichester - 12-month Contract - £21.00ph
ARM is partnering with a leading Automotive Company based in Chichester. A position has become available for a Bespoke Buyer to join them covering maternity leave on an initial 12-month basis.
The Bespoke Buyer will be joining a talented Procurement team and working alongside people with uncompromised standards and excellent business acumen.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for securing the supply of bespoke electrical vehicle components Selecting suitable suppliers in line with agreed cost, quality and time targets.
- Negotiating and agreeing prices and terms with suppliers
- Be an expert in project management ensuring that all parts are developed and supplied to the required quality standard
- Proactively resolve supplier problems and ensure a continued successful business relationship with all parties
**Requirements**:

- A degree (or equivalent) and ideally CIPS Qualified
- Purchasing experience within an automotive or Manufacturing environment
- Experience in managing supplier selection processes.
- Experience with commercial negotiations with external suppliers.
- Project management knowledge and an understanding of new product development processes.
- Good interpersonal skills with an ability to influence key stakeholders.
