Biomedical Assistant

Nationwide Pathology Limited is a UKAS accredited private pathology laboratory located in Market Harborough.

**Key responsibilities**

Our ever-expanding team is looking to recruit a **Biomedical Assistant**to support Biomedical Scientists in our multi-disciplinary laboratory.

Duties will include sample separation and preparation, as well as dealing with enquiries and assisting with basic analytical processes under the supervision of a BMS. You will also be required to assist in the handling and distribution of incoming and outgoing goods, assist with maintenance and replenishment of reagents on analysers, and load specimens onto automated instrumentation as required.

There is also the option to train in phlebotomy to collect blood samples from patients, both on and off-site. Full training will be provided.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £26,000.00 per year
