Sia Door Supervisor

Opera Security is expanding our operations in Nantwich and we are currently seeking professional, reliable, and SIA-licensed Door Supervisors to join our team.

We are particularly looking for individuals who can become part of a regular, consistent team — ensuring continuity, communication, and professional standards at every shift.

You’ll play a crucial role in maintaining a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for guests and staff at local licensed premises.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide a professional and visible presence at entry and exit points
- Carry out ID checks and enforce entry policies
- Monitor behaviour and respond calmly to incidents
- De-escalate situations safely and appropriately
- Maintain accurate incident logs and reports
- Work closely with management and emergency services when needed
- Support a team-based security approach

**Requirements**:

- Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (required)
- Experience in pubs, clubs, or licensed premises (required)
- Professional, courteous, and confident under pressure
- Team player with a proactive, consistent attitude
- Willingness to be part of a regular crew/team rota
