**Location - Bodmin**

**Working Hours - Monday to Friday - 07:00 - 16:30**

As a Production Team Lead you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient, safe, and high-quality operation of our production lines. You will lead, support, and motivate your team to meet targets while driving continuous improvement.
- Lead and manage a team of production operatives, ensuring performance, attendance and engagement
- Organise the work of Line Leaders in both high risk and low risk
- Carry out regular team briefs to staff members in relation to performance / training needs to ensure the team operates effectively and targets are met
- To be involved with staff disciplinaries, as required, and responsible for return-to-work procedures.
- Ensure production targets are met in line with safety, quality, and efficiency standards
- Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to company's health and safety policies
- Support the site food safety and quality management systems through active engagement in the site HACCP team, internal and external audit programmes and the proactive use of the QUOR system.
- Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A hands-on approach and a commitment to high standards
- Knowledge of KPI indicators - labour, yield, giveaway, waste, plan attainment, financial implications
- Good knowledge of planning, processing, quality procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure and within budgets parameters.
- Ability to provide accurate data.
