Business Information:
Skirlington Leisure Park is a family owned 5-star leisure park which pride themselves on exceptional standards. The park offers various facilities for tourers and motorhomes alongside their high standard lodges. On site there is a bar offering evening entertainment along with several catering facilities such as a café, fish and chip shop and diner. There is a leisure centre with a gym and swimming pool and the site has access to the beach. Role Objectives:
You will work as part of a small family business, with the aim of ensuring all customers receive a positive customer experience. You will have overall management of our experienced reception team. The role will require a good understanding of reception and customer care.

Main Responsibilities:

- Implement a process for measuring customer satisfaction
- Review customer satisfaction results and implement action plans to improve scores
- Ensuring all members of the business are always working towards high customer satisfaction
- Link in with marketing to ensure customers are aware of any changes across the park i.e., pool/shop times
- Link in with reception/pool/shop to ensure they are all fully aware of changes, costs, opening hours and special offers
- Manage reception to ensure hours are covered and all staff are following consistent processes
- Ensure the reception staff are happy in their role and deal with any concerns they may have
- Carry out reception duties as part of the rota
- Cover sales if required
- Help in the shop/café if required, to help gain a wider understanding of the business

Personal Requirements:

- Ability to use your initiative to undertake tasks efficiently and independently
- Excellent communication skills and promote a positive and professional culture with both customers and colleagues
- Strong analysis skills, with the ability to understand C.SAT scores and comparisons
- Be a good team player with a willingness to learn and develop
- Be self-motivated, pro-active and have the ability to meet deadlines
- Be organised with an ability to multitask and keep paperwork up to date and in order
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding
- Previous management experience to allow you to lead and motivate a small team
