Due to expansion, we are looking for a Receptionist / Secretary / Typist / Paralegal to join our thriving law practice and private client team in Builth Wells.
- Ideally undertaken office reception for the Receptionist post and Wills, Probate, Residential & Commercial Conveyancing for the secretarial post;
- Worked at a law firm or commercial business;
- Excellent audio typing skills;
- Be familiar with Microsoft office (word, outlook, excel), Office 365;
- Ideally have experience of Insight Case management system, or a similar case management software (although training will be given);
- Excellent telephone manner;
- Team player;
- Be familiar with the confidentiality given the nature of our work;
- Be personable and be able to deal with clients face to face;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as time management;
- You should be focused, meticulous and with great attention to detail;
- Be well presented.
- A Paralegal who has undertaken a law degree and/or LPC who has a desire to conduct private client work will also be considered.
Ideally, you should have experience of working in a legal office. Only full-time will be considered.
