**FLT Driver - Terra Nova**

**Location: North West - Various building sites**

You will be part of the Great Places in House Construction Team, Terra Nova working on-site for 45 hours per week Monday to Friday alongside the site manager.

**What you’ll be doing**
- You are Passionate about construction, house building and customer service.
- Work Safely, Report any accidents or near misses to the site management team
- Ensure plant is safe and maintained to a standard which complies with the requirements of the Health and Safety at work Act 1974, and other statutory legislation, carry out daily and weekly checks
- Ensure that plant is tested, carries the necessary statutory notices and that inspections, maintenance and periodic examinations are carried out and results recorded
- Attend promptly to all plant defects, and ensure site management notified
- Maintain site access and egress including walkways
- Material and Logistics management
- Ensure compound and material storage well presented

**What you’ll need**
- CSCS Card
- CPCS FLT Licence required Or RTITB/NPORS/
- Proven ability to drive FLT on a busy site
- Proven knowledge and experience of Building & Construction
- Sound knowledge of Health, Safety and Welfare facilities
- Good communication, organisation,
- Articulate, numerate, literate and able to read drawings
