**The Exciting Opportunity**

The position of **Breakfast Supervisor** (full time, 5 mornings per week) has become available at Courtyard by Marriott Edinburgh West. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be an experienced, hands on hotel supervisor with a solid background in food and beverage operations. You will be an ambassador for the guest journey and you will epitomise Marriott brand values and service behaviours to ensure they are delivered consistently in a professional and friendly environment.

- Assist with the day to day running of the department

- Work well with other departments sharing the same goal of exceeding our guest's expectations.
- A solid leader who will develop their team.
- An individual that can understand, implement and deliver the highest standards of legal compliance with regard to food safety, food hygiene and food allergens.
- Ensure all your team are up to date with the latest training.

**Where Will You Be Working?**

The Courtyard by Marriott Edinburgh West is a 160 bedroom hotel which is situated on the Heriot-Watt University campus, with a state-of-the-art lobby and 'The Avenue' at the centre of it all. Courtyard by Marriott Edinburgh West is managed by Lighthouse Hotel Management, which is the operational arm of the Molo Hotel Group.
