**The Role**: As a Starbucks Supervisor at Burton & Speke, you'll lead our store, ensuring smooth operations and upholding the high standards of quality and service that Starbucks is known for. You'll be the heart of the store, fostering a positive and inclusive environment for both customers and your team.

**What You'll Do**:

- **Become an Expert**: Supervise and coach on Starbucks' beverage and food preparation, sharing your knowledge and expertise with the team.
- **Lead the Store**: Manage operations like cash handling, inventory, and maintaining a clean environment, holding yourself and your team accountable for results.
- **Champion Customer Experience**: Resolve issues promptly, create a welcoming and memorable experience for everyone by upholding Starbucks standards.
- **Empower Your Team**: Coach and motivate team members to reach their full potential, providing constructive feedback and ongoing coaching to support their development.
- **Build a Strong Culture**: Foster a positive and inclusive environment built on transparency, dignity, and respect, where everyone feels valued and empowered to contribute.

Pay: £13.75 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 32 per week

**Experience**:

- Supervising experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
