We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated experienced Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team in a fast-paced hospitality environment. As a key member of our team, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service from the moment they arrive until they leave. Your role will involve a variety of tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of our establishment, making it an enjoyable experience for all patrons.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with their seating arrangements.
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Assist in food preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables and waiting areas.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control.
- Manage time effectively to handle busy periods while maintaining high service standards.

**Skills**
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing orders.
- Strong guest services orientation with a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Experience in upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of food preparation processes within a restaurant setting.
- Familiarity with hospitality principles and practices.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of food safety regulations to ensure compliance in all food handling activities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £8.60-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8.60 - 12 per week
