Process invoices and credit notes on the Pharmacy system in line with procedures, ensuring timely payment to the Trust’s creditors in accordance with financial guidelines. Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies raised by team members, customers, and suppliers through effective communication. Liaise with suppliers and team members to address queries and provide resolution updates to the Pharmacy Invoicing Supervisor. Support the accurate completion, collation, and adjustment of rolling stock checks across locations, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
