**Role responsibilities**

The Catering Supervisor will be assisting the Area Manager Catering with the day to day running of the catering operations.
- Follow TfW stock management processes by processing deliveries, managing shortfalls and losses to ensure the correct levels of stock.
- Conduct monthly stock-takes by organizing and counting stock and inputting onto the stock management system to ensure the correct levels of stock.
- Responsible for accurate rostering and approval of leave by completing timesheets accurately and approving in a timely manner to ensure that service levels are maintained.
- Manage a team of hosts to successfully perform their duties by providing the appropriate tools and training to ensure a high level of service and to optimise sales and minimise waste.

**Who we’re looking for**
- Level 2 Food Hygiene.
- Knowledge of catering operations.
- Good communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- The ability to influence and motivate a team.

**Welsh Language Skills**

Transport for Wales supports and promotes the use of the Welsh Language by employees and will encourage them to develop, improve and maintain their Welsh Language skills.
