**Salary**:£27,366 + Tool Allowance + KPI Bonus**

**Hours of Work**:37 hours a week - Core Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.00 am to 4.00 pm Friday 8.00 am to 3.30 pm

**What will you be doing as one of our Joiners?**
- Carry out all aspects of joinery work on repairs, maintenance and refurbishment projects
- Install PVCu windows and doors / composite doors
- Lift and fix carcassing timbers such as traditional roof timbers, trussed rafters, floor joists and shuttering
- Set out hip roof designs for traditional and non-traditional roofs. Implement security measures to empty and vulnerable properties

**Qualifications and skills we’re looking for in our Joiners**:

- NVQ Level 2 in Joiners, or equivalent
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures in relation to construction work
- Experience of carrying out Joinery work to a high standard on repairs and maintenance and refurbishment projects
- A flexible approach to both team and lone working
