**DUTIES INCLUDE**:

- Act as first point of contact for our customers and portray a positive, professional and helpful image of the organisation and ensure safeguarding and complaints are managed in line with procedures
- Undertake a wide range of administrative tasks and duties including travel booking and accommodation, monthly reporting, questionnaire feedback, stock ordering, and invoicing are just some of the tasks
- Working as part of the Admin Team ensuring that key tasks are completed according to company timelines
- Use of IT packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Access as well as company database ‘Charms’
- Attend and participate at team meetings

**ESSENTIAL CRITERIA**:

- Previous experience of working within a reception/office setting
- A suitable qualification (or working towards) Administration or computing e.g. NVQ1/2 in Business Administration/ similar or European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL)
- A working knowledge of effective administrative systems and processes
- Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels both face to face and by telephone
- Ability to work flexibly and on own initiative against changing priorities and demands

**TRAINING**:

- You will be expected to attend a local college one day a week to complete a 12-18 month NVQ in Business Admin
