**Support Worker Waking Nights - Uphall, West Lothian**

**15 hours per week**

**£10.50 per hour**

**Are you empathetic and have experience in looking after other people’s needs?**

Real Life Options is looking for caring, dedicated staff to support individuals in the West Lothian area to promote independence, inclusion and assist in improving the ability and opportunities for the people we support within their wider community.

You will work as part of a team, as well as, independently and using your own initiative whilst ensuring the needs of the person you are supporting, are met. The team offer support with personal care, medication, dietary needs, appointments and maintaining their home and finances and social support.

Shifts will include evenings, weekends and sleepovers, as well as waking nights when required. Shift flexibilty will be required

An enhanced PVG is required for this role.
