**The Job**:
We are delighted to be assisting our client with their vacancy for a Workflow Team Leader. Our client is looking for an experienced Manager or Team Leader who ideally has gained experience in professional services or a legal environment. Within this role you will support the Business Support Services Team Leader and your role will be the primary contact for managing workflow for the Personal Assistant team across four offices and legal departments.

**Responsibilities within this role is**:

- Effectively manage resources and coordinate workloads to ensure all incoming tasks are assigned to a team member and completed on time
- Manage team schedules and leave request rotas
- Communicate instructions and manage expectations between offices and amongst key stakeholders and administrators
- Support Team Leaders with the delivery of training and ensure training guides are up to date and followed

**The Person**:
For this role, our client is ideally looking for someone with:

- Experience of management and ideally workflow tasks within a professional services environment
- Experience training and developing employees
- Customer service focussed
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident using and learning IT systems and software

**The Benefits**:

**The Hours**:
Monday - Friday 9am - 5.15pm

**The Location**:
Central Bristol, no car parking (working from home & office)

**The Salary**:
Up to £30,000

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
