We have an exciting opportunity for a **Lettings Consultant** to join our lettings team in Witham on a part time basis.

**Duties will include**:

- Liaising with potential new tenants to understand their individual requirements and backgrounds, to make informed recommendations for property available.
- Develop a good understanding of the property portfolio and reaching out to prospective tenants upon appointment of a new property.
- Coordinating and conducting property viewings with prospective tenants, with a view to negotiating terms between the landlord and tenant.
- You will handle the enquiry from viewing through to the tenant move in date, and facilitating the administrative process.

**Requirements**:

- Enthusiastic and motivated in a target driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with a positive and professional outlook
- Complaint handling experience and empathetic approach
- IT proficient, you will be familiar with MS Office packages and able to learn quickly
- Previous experience in a customer facing role is essential
- Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous
- Full UK driving license and use of own car is essential

**Salary & Benefits**

Basic pay is between £19,000-£20,000 pro rata per annum, depending on relevant experience. Plus bonuses and other financial incentives offering an **OTE of up to £24,000 pro rata per annum**. Additional benefits include:

**Hours of Work**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24-32 per week

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
