**We currently have vacancies for Production Line Leaders to join our expanding team.**

**Shifts: 05.30-14.00 Monday, 05.45-14.00 Tuesday to Friday and 14.00 - 22.00, rotating weekly, and permanent nights 09.45pm-6am, Monday to Friday (finish 6am Sat morn).**

**Monday - Friday working only.**

**Pay rate from £ 11.44 - £ 15.32**

The role holder will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
Managing production lines to meet planned volume in accordance with QA and safety standards.

Effectively motivating a team of people to meet production targets.

Effectively maximising production efficiency to ensure plans are met on an hourly/daily basis.

Ensuring all paperwork and systems are completed and accurate in accordance with company procedures.

Ensuring GMP (good manufacturing practices) and housekeeping (clean as you go) are strictly adhered to.

Undertaking such other duties as may be required from time to time, that reasonably fall within the scope and grade of the post.
