Due to recent expansion and growth within the company we are looking to recruit full-time passive fire surveyors / engineers for compartmentation and fire doors surveys.

Aether Compliance Ltd is fast becoming a market leader within our sector. The Company provides specialist building compliance services to our Facilities Management and Hospitality portfolio.

**The role**:
This full-time position (based in the South East working at clients properties with occasional attendance at our Chelmsford office) will be working alongside our remedial engineers and management.

The varied role will include:

- Compartmentation surveys
- Fire door surveys
- Identifying non conformities
- Providing remediation recommendations
- Light maintenance tasks

The role will include working within the passive fire section of the company maintaining compartmentation lines within commercial properties including Fire Stopping, Fire Doors and Fire Dampers.

The successful applicant will understand the relevant compliance standards (ideally have experience of 3rd party certification specifically BM Trada), be confident reading site plans and comfortable with cloud based reporting systems. Industry experience 'on the tools' or from a surveying background will both be an advantage.
