**Responsibilities**

As a Pol-Plan Insurance Consultant, you will:

- be a key point of contact within your branch
- be a great listener and provide great client service
- maintain existing client relationships
- help people get the desired outcome
- work from Monday to Friday (08:30am-05:15pm) and every second Saturday (08:30am-12:15pm) weekly hours 38.75

**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role you’ll need to:

- Listen to clients and manage their requests efficiently
- Be highly organised and responsive to client needs
- Build rapport, trust, and client loyalty
- Introduce clients to new products and services where appropriate - tailoring the service for each individual circumstance
