We are seeking experienced Bricklayers to join our growing team at Deconstructed — a construction company committed to delivering high-quality work with clarity, transparency, and precision. **What you’ll be doing**:

- Lay bricks, blocks, and other masonry units to construct and repair walls, partitions, chimneys, arches, and other structures
- Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and site plans to carry out work accurately
- Measure, cut, and shape bricks and blocks to precise sizes using hand and power tools
- Operate masonry tools and equipment such as trowels, hammers, levels, and measuring devices to ensure structures are level, plumb, aligned, and meet specifications
- Collaborate with site teams and other tradespeople to coordinate work effectively on both residential and commercial projects
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations, including proper use of PPE and safe working practices at all times
- Support with site preparation, material handling, clean-up, and maintaining a safe and tidy work environment
- Follow project timelines, schedules, and quality standards to meet deadlines and client expectations
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail in all tasks performed

**What we’re looking for**:

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in bricklaying (site experience preferred)
- ⁠Excellent attention to detail — ensuring precise brick alignment, consistent mortar joints, and high-quality finishes
- ⁠A strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work to deadlines
- ⁠The ability to work well as part of a close-knit team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £38,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
