The Client
My client is an international financial software company with offices based in Birmingham. They are looking for an Administrator/Facilities Assistant to join their facilities team to assist with the day to day running of the office.
The role is an exciting opportunity to get involved with an established facilities team and manage many different aspects within the office. This role is super varied, and no two days will be the same.
The Role
- Administrative support for the office such as booking travel
- Post and courier services
- Manage the Access Control system when required
- Managing new starters and leavers from a facilities perspective
- You will be required to take part in training to become a qualified First Aider and Fire Warden
- Assisting with the companies’ mobile phones with support
- Booking travel and accommodation for staff
