Relief Night Care Worker

As a Relief Night Care Worker with CrossReach, you will help older people feel safe, comfortable and respected throughout the night. You will provide consistent, person centred care when needed and contribute to a calm, secure environment where each person feels valued. This flexible night role is ideal if you want to build experience, return to care work or support when your own schedule allows. ** What Your Night Could Involve** - Supporting service users with personal and intimate care - Assisting with mobility aids and personal equipment - Promoting comfort, reassurance and wellbeing during night hours - Maintaining a safe, clean and restful home environment - Responding to emergencies and working closely with health professionals ** About You** You are warm, patient and reliable, with a caring approach and a genuine wish to support older people. You respect CrossReach’s Christian ethos and are comfortable working within it. Ideally, you hold an SVQ Level 3 in Social Care or are willing to work towards it with support.
