**Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
- Assist with seating arrangements and manage reservations efficiently.
- Provide menu information and answer any questions regarding food and beverage offerings.
- Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining tables and waiting areas.
- Support food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety standards.
- Assist with catering events, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.
- Collaborate with bartending staff to serve drinks and manage bar operations during busy periods.
- Handle customer inquiries or complaints with professionalism, aiming for resolution and guest satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a hospitality role is preferred, particularly within restaurants or catering environments.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player who can also work independently when required.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- A passion for helping others and delivering exceptional customer service is crucial for success in this role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: £11.50-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 45 per week
