**NCS Data Administrator**
You will provide administration support for the NCS programme in the Leicestershire area. This is a varied role requiring attention to detail to ensure high quality data entry and administration support.
This role has responsibility for KPIs linked to recruitment of young people to the NCS programmes and ensuring timeframes for data entry and the customer journey are met.
**Role Requirements**
- NVQII or equivalent (Business Admin, Customer Care, IT or similar).
- To work a high level accuracy and attention to detail.
- High standard of verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience of working to achieve and over deliver on targets.
- Experience of working with a wide range of customer groups.
- Experience of using a CRM system/database.
- Driving licence and own transport is desirable.
- Good word-processing ability using MS Office package (Microsoft Word and Outlook).
- Knowledge of using basic formulas in Excel (SUM and COUNTIF).
- Ability to work to a consistently high standard with minimum supervision.
- Self-motivated and capable of working on own initiative as well as part of a team.
- Capable of organising a workload and manage priorities, meeting all deadlines.
- Ability to cope in a time pressurised environment.
- Ability to adhere to financial procedures.
**Role Responsibilities**
- To ensure the inputting of forms onto the NCS Database within the timescales specified by the NCS Trust.
- To ensure the data of all records is clean and accurate with daily, weekly and monthly checks.
- To liaise with colleagues on the recruitment team and school contacts to ensure any missing data is promptly followed up.
- To ensure information is updated to the NCS Database and master spreadsheet within timeframes set by head office.
- To ensure all participants have completed medical, emergency contact and Media Consent forms within timescales set by the NCS Trust.
- To respond to inbound contacts within set timeframes.
- Providing administration support and data for the young people induction activities and attending the events where appropriate.
- To assign young people to teams, accommodation and coaches and prepare the relevant registers.
- To request exceptions to NCS Trust for young people to participate in NCS where special arrangements need to be made.
- To work with colleagues to create risk assessments and support plans to enable as many young people as possible to take part in the programme.
- To answer the NCS phone and front door.
- To take minutes in meetings as and when required, once a fortnight on average.
- To carry out general administrative duties, e.g. laminating, scanning, franking, faxing, photocopying etc.
