Finance Business Partner

Following internal promotion, we are looking for a Finance Business Partner with strong communication skills and a positive attitude to work 21.6 hours per week over three or four days.
**The Role**
Working as a trusted business partner to senior managers and their teams, you will provide core aspects of the Finance function including budget setting, forecasting and review, reporting and delivering management reports to support effective decision making, closure of accounts, completion of financial returns and finance project work.
You will be responsible for delivering good financial control and management by ensuring financial regulations and practices are consistently and robustly applied.
**Your Profile**
You will be a technically astute accountant, who is CIPFA (or equivalent) qualified with a strong management accounting, financial analysis or business partnering background. Familiarity with financial systems is essential as is the ability to work well under pressure.
This is a highly visible role that would suit a confident communicator who enjoys business partnering and influencing senior management. You will be proactive, adaptable, have a 'can do' approach and have the ability to challenge thinking.
