We are looking for a Cafe Supervisor to join our team. As Cafe Supervisor, you will lead and inspire a team whilst serving our customers.

Role responsibilities:

- Overseeing the smooth operation of the cafe during opening hours
- Serving customers a range of products including hot drinks, milkshakes, waffles and so forth.
- Stock control and cashing up after every shift
- Act as manager in management absence and motivate the team
- Be an ambassador for the brand

As Cafe Supervisor, you will ideally have:

- Previous experience within catering - including some supervisory experience
- Be barista trained
- Be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Have an understanding of Food Hygiene
- Have excellent organisational skills & excellent customer service and people skills
- Be well presented
