What you'll do- Test front end customer journeys, capabilities & features delivered by our product and technology teams.- Collaborate with our Sales, Service & Marketing Product Owners to ensure that development updates and product changes undergo UAT before release.- Create and maintain test scenarios, scripts and cases.- Be responsible for test planning, test execution and defect management across UAT.- Analyse bugs and errors found during testing, writing detailed reports.- Document results of tests for the software development team for resolution.

What you’ll bring- Have a passion for how digital customers journeys should work.- Experience in either manual or automated testing.- Experience in an Agile software development lifecycle.- Experience in the use and administration of Agile software tools including Confluence and Jira.- Strong communication skills, with a solid track record of engagement with different project and business partners.- Testing qualifications (ISTQB) is desirable.

The Data, Insights & Testing team has been formed to take our Product strategy to the next level, creating a truly data-driven culture and generating the nuggets of insight that keep our products ahead of the market.

Osterley

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There are also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
