ROLE
In a nutshell your key responsibility is to deliver sales, profit and develop you teams of people. As an Area Manager you will head up a team of circa 20 stores and your leadership qualities will be critical in providing inspiration and motivation for yourteam. Working within corporate guidelines you will develop and implement the operational strategy for your region. With a large field management team you will ensure you build effective succession planning, understand the team dynamics and really play to peoplesstrengths getting the most out of your team, whilst also supporting their areas of development. PERSON
Currently an Area Manager you will have a strong track record of delivering commercial results in a retail or hospitality environment. This will have been achieved by your relentless focus on customer service, driving sales and profit and loss focus. You mustbe able to also demonstrate a history of people development while ensuring effective use of your resources. You must be hands on and down to earth, bright and commercial and reflect those qualities of a true leader.
