**Job Summary**

We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Intern to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Marketing Intern, you will be responsible for executing marketing strategies, implementing campaigns, and analyzing their performance to drive business growth and brand awareness.

**Responsibilities**:
3. Digital marketing: Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, social media advertising, and display advertising to increase brand visibility and drive targeted traffic.

4. Social media management: Monitor and maintain company social media accounts, engage with the audience, and foster meaningful connections with potential customers.

5. Market research and analysis: Conduct market research, analyze trends, and stay updated on industry best practices to identify new opportunities and improve marketing strategies.

6. Analytics and reporting: Measure and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.

7. Events and promotions: Coordinate and participate in marketing events, trade shows, and promotions to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.

8. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall company goals.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role or industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation depends on your experience.
