**The role**

Due to business growth, a newly created permanent opportunity as a Resourcing Specialist has become available in Swansea. The Resourcing Specialist will be responsible for the strategic planning, assignment and tracking of various resources within the EMEAregion.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Assesses resources and resource projections to ensure that project teams have appropriate staffing to ensure successful deliverables.
- Assignment and tracking of Product Registration staff across proposed, new and existing projects.
- Support Business Development through rapid RFP resource request fulfillment.
- Communicates with project teams and Functional Managers to evaluate ongoing resource requirements and utilization; keeping apprised of study status in order to optimize resource allocation
- Conduct continuous workforce / workload analyses to achieve an appropriate balance (e.g. resource availability versus incoming work) and assess future staffing needs (e.g. workload ratios, recruiting needs, etc.).

**Your experience**
- Worked in a recruitment/resource management role in another industry, or;
- Worked in another position within industry and are looking for a change in their role.

Preferred skills and attributes include:

- The ability to work with senior stakeholders and assert yourself professionally in their company.
- Comfortability leading calls and negotiating.
- An understanding of the staffing requirements in a CRO environment.
- Must be able to commute to our offices in Swansea.
