Dynamics 365 Consultant

**The Role**

This role represents an amazing opportunity for someone with a passion for creating innovative solutions to drive the performance of a fast paced and dynamic business. The role will be focused on developing our existing Dynamics 365 CRM as well being a driving force in the creation of a new company wide CRM and developing other systems with the aim of leveraging technology to be a driving force in the performance of the business.

Good communication and interpersonal skills will be a key element of this role as you would be liaising with stakeholders from across the business, including senior management. Experience of working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is required and programming languages such as JavaScript,.NET and JSON is preferred.

**In this role you will**:

- Provide insight into new systems builds and development of existing systems that help drive the performance of the business and shape the way the department delivers change.
- Developing system changes across all areas of the business to improve results.
- Work with third party providers to outsource larger changes in the business, ensuring the changes are effective and delivered in line with the aims of the project.
- Communicate and deliver against clear timeframes for the delivery of all agreed changes.
- Maintain a wide knowledge of developments across the ICT industry to identify proactive improvements that could benefit the business.
- Proactively identify new systems that could add meaningful value to the business.
- Support the Learning and Development department with end user training when required.
- Support the wider department by working with stakeholders and our managed service providers to resolve ICT issues as and when required.
- Ensure all systems are operating in line with all applicable standards, regulations and Homewise policies.

**Experience and Qualifications**

The Dynamics 365 Consultant will have (Essential):

- Knowledge of the ICT industry
- General system development experience
- Dynamics CRM 365 experience

The Dynamics 365 Consultant will ideally have (not essential):

- Experience of working in a commercial project environment
- Been actively involved in initiatives that support a growing business
