Norwich, United Kingdom Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust Full time

Can you engage and motivate others to participate and take ownership of new developments and initiatives?

Do you enjoy working on your own and with colleagues to drive and embed change improvements that make a difference?

Are you able to juggle multiple tasks and analyse and present information for review?

You are possibly a clinician working at a senior level looking for a new challenge and the opportunity to create positive change, or someone who has significant senior responsibility in supporting clinical services on a daily basis.

If this sounds like you then we’d love you to contact us as we are looking for someone with your skills to join the Business Change Team within the wider Systems and Change Team.

In return we can offer you the opportunity to work with a diverse team of co-professionals committed to working together in supporting our clinical services.

The post is focused on improving systems and processes across our Trust so you will need to possess good organisational skills and knowledge of process improvement techniques. We also require you to have a sound base in the use of the Trust’s clinical systems and the ability to analyse and interpret data, as well as writing formal reports.

You will be able to lead business analysis on requests assigned to the team potentially prioritising multiple work packages at any given time and provide business analysis support and guidance to Trust services.

Here at NSFT we pride ourselves on being a welcoming, talented, friendly and supportive team who like nothing better than sharing experiences and learning from each other. In addition to ongoing training and development opportunities, we are committed to providing an environment in which you can thrive.

Why work for us?We have challenges as a Trust, but we have ambitious aspirations, are pushing ahead with exciting transformation work and we need dedicated individuals to support us on our journey. We have strong, established professional networks coupled with an exceptional leadership team who will ensure you are truly cared for and cared about.

Why Norfolk and Suffolk? The people here are warm and welcoming, you’ll never be far from the beautiful coastline or Broads National Park. We’re an hour and a half away from London and have an international airport in Norwich too. Our villages, towns and cities are packed full of history, independent cafes, shops and theatres. We have excellent shopping, eating out, top ranking schooling and affordable house prices too.

Maintain and develop, in line with Trust Values, the organisation's business processes and related documentation to ensure they reflect clinical practice and policies, information and reporting requirements, and IT system developments.
