**Bibby Financial Services** have an exciting opportunity available for a dedicated **Relationship Executive **to join our team in either **Leicester or Birmingham, **on a hybrid working basis. You will join us on a **full time, permanent** basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of **£28,000 per annum, plus benefits.**

As our **Relationship Executive**,you will ensure that clients are funded on a daily basis, referring and informing funding decisions to the appropriate sanctioning authority. You will cooperate closely with Credit Control and Data Processingto ensure the debtor base is fundable, accurately processing client payments to deadlines.

**Your responsibilities as our Relationship Executive will include**:

- Working with and supporting the Relationship Managers to achieve the agreed Risk standards and high client service standards
- Ensuring daily payments are made in full and promptly
- Ensuring that daily payments are made within the agreed Risk parameters
- Seeking new opportunities for BFS by proactively managing the client relationship
- Communicating well with clients to ensure their needs are met

**What we are looking for in our ideal Relationship Executive**:

- Experience in managing a portfolio of clients
- Customer service experience
- The ability to understand and identify the needs of the client
- Good organisation and time management skills
- Understanding of risk in a financial service environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic IT & Microsoft Office skills - Excel, Word and Outlook
