Responsible for supervision of people and processes in, EU Quotes Time-Critical Department, covering road and air modes
- Ensuring continuous flow of our customers supply-chain by understanding & supporting management objectives
- Proactively, identify and resolve non-conformance occurrences
- Receptive to customer complaints and devise sustainable, corrective actions
- Leading and developing processes and people within the departments
- Fiscal discipline on file-management ensuring profitability
- Ensuring all designed processes are adhered to
- Maintain KPI metrics and analyse data to assess performance with Continuous Improvement
- Meet costs, accuracy and timeliness targets
- Team performance, SOPs and training - identifying gaps
- Effective communication and reporting within the department
- Ensuring “Customer First” values are applied within departments
- Support line-manager with productivity and workload balance of respective teams
- Retention of current business and supporting successful implementation of new
- Being compliant with, ISO, AEO and Customs compliance
- Supporting Sales & BDM with customer feedback for C.I
- Lead by example to promote and sustain our healthy work-culture within the departments

**EXPERIENCE**:

- Demonstratable experience in the European transport industry with a good understanding of time-critical requirements (air-charter experience is beneficial)
- Customs processes and HMRC compliance
- Proven experience of having mitigated customer production-line stoppages

**Salary**: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
