**SEMH HLTA**
Qualiteach is currently working with a SEMH School who is looking to employ an experienced SEMH HLTA who can start with them immediately. You will be based in a small class of 6-8 students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs. Your main responsibilitieswill be helping the class teacher prepare the class for lessons, teach classes unaided when the class teacher is ill or on leave, planning and delivering sessions with students who need extra help on a 1:1 basis, assessing students progress and manage behaviourwhen needed. The ideal SEMH HLTA for this role will need to have a minimum on 1 years experience and have strong behaviour management skills.
**SEMH School**
This SEMH School is located in the South London borough of Croydon and caters for students aged between 5-18 years with Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs. They currently have 200 students who attend and in their last Ofsted in 2019, they were reviewedas 'Good' in all areas.
