Job Introduction
Are you an experienced multiskilled tradesperson looking for a new role, working for an organisation that makes a real difference in peoples’ lives? Well, you’re in the right place, we’re on the lookout for **Multiskilled Joiners**to join our **Repairs** team

**How much?**

Up to** £32,670.74 per year** for a 37.5-hour week and opportunities for over-time pay.

**Where?**

Your primary location will be **Leeds and Bradford**, but you may need to travel across Yorkshire on occasion.

**When?**

You’ll work a 37.5-hour week, between 8am and 6pm but we can be flexible with this.

We do have to look after our customers 24/7, so you’ll be expected to cover a call out service, but don’t worry, there are lots of willing folk helping out, so the rota is flexible and given in advance notice so you can plan around this.

You’ll work with an experienced, dynamic and friendly team across the region, and receive training from our experts to ensure you meet our quality guidelines. Opportunities to upskill yourself with various qualifications and move up the ladder too.

**Who are we looking for?**

Ideally, we are looking for people who can hit the ground running, so you’ll have worked in similar repairs and maintenance roles, great if they have been within social housing, but certainly not a deal breaker We really just want the skills you can bring to our teams.

You’ll enjoy interacting with our customers and providing a great service. You’ll also be able to perform other trades alongside joinery, we call these roles internally Multiskilled Operatives

**The fine print**

You must hold a full UK driver’s licence for this role, and a basic DBS check will be required if successful.
