The Chace People team has an exclusive opportunity for a distinguished Head Housekeeper to helm the household operations of a VVIP family estate in the Middle East.
**The Role**:
Embark on an influential leadership journey where you will steer a seasoned team across multiple residences, sustaining impeccable standards. Your proactive engagement will be pivotal in supervising all facets of the estate, mentoring senior staff, and implementing household management systems. This position welcomes global applicants and includes a full relocation package.

**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and inspire the housekeeping division across all estate properties
- Curate and oversee the use of premium cleaning products, tailored for an array of exquisite surfaces
- Inventory management and control
- Continuous development and training of housekeeping personnel
- Maintain rigorous, detailed coordination with supervisory teams to ensure seamless operational standards
- Oversee the provision of amenities, ensuring all residences are perpetually guest-ready
