**The Role**
Fortem are recruiting for a Multi Trade to come and join our business, supporting our new Sanctuary Housing contract. This role will primarily be based around Leeds and the surrounding areas
- Please note, there is no gas required for this position._

**The Project**
The role will involve carrying out repairs and maintenance to Social Housing properties, ensuring all work is undertaken to a high standard with the minimum of supervision, you will take ownership of work aiming for a ‘First time Fix’ on all jobs, whilst remaining within budget and time parameters. You will operate within company Health and Safety guidelines and remain up to date with technical and legal requirements of your skill areas.
**Essential and Desirable Criteria** Essential Criteria**:

- NVQ/qualifications in relation to relevant trade as per Fortem’s minimum qualifications OR qualified by experience
- Competent with multiple Trades
- Full, clean driving licence

**Desirable Criteria**:

- Social housing experience
