Job Profile:
A new opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Management Accountant within the Estate Agency Division Finance Team of LSL Property Services plc. Primarily supporting our Your Move & Reeds Rains businesses this role is based in our Head Office on Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne.

The role will be working within a large and busy team and key responsibilities will include:

- Prepare financial information and MI in accordance with Group policies and procedures within agreed time-scales.
- To assist the Finance Director and Management Accountant on forecasting/budgeting
- Production of ad hoc reports as required
- To assist with annual branch budgets and support operational management in the business unit
- Finance processes to be operated within agreed parameters
- To carry out ad-hoc project work and reports
- To produce monthly regional P&Ls and support operational staff in interpreting them
- To provide support and advice on the commission schemes and bonus elements of pay
- To produce and maintain the commissions reports
