We are looking for a Data Officer to join our Development and Alumni Relations (DAR) Team. **About The Role**
- Work with colleagues from across DAR to import and maintain alumni data held in the University's database (Raiser's Edge), ensuring continuous compliance with relevant legislation.
- Work in collaboration with the Database Manager to maintain data quality and integrity, running regular data clean up processes.
- Liaise with stakeholders from across the University to manage their requests for data support
- Train new users in Raiser's Edge and provide an exceptional level of on going support for users
- Support in the creation and dissemination of regular reports to help inform strategic thinking for both philanthropic and alumni based activity

Excellent team working, communication and interpersonal skills are a must as this role requires collaboration with colleagues from across the institution as well as multiple teams within DAR.
