Senior Cardiac Physiologist

**Working hours**: 37.5 hours per week
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to support the Diagnostic service and undertake training in the Pacing and Cardiac Catheter Lab at the Countess of Chester Hospital performing routine and complex procedures and produce accurate reports to support clinical decisions.
The successful applicant will work as part of a team, reporting up to the clinical lead. This is an exciting opportunity to support the development of the wider Cardiology service at the Countess.
To Provide a comprehensive service for the diagnostic service and undertake training including Pacing and Cardiac Catheter lab procedures.
Undertaking routine, complex & specialised procedures and providing and recording accurate results.
To have excellent communication skills and work well within a team and on own initiative.
Ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements.
The Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust consists of a 600 bedded large District General Hospital, which provides its services on the Countess of Chester Health Park, and a 64 bedded Intermediate Care Service at Ellesmere Port Hospital.
The Trust provides services in all of the surgical and medical specialties common to a District General Hospital with some specialist services. The Trust serves the whole of the local population currently in excess of 250,000 residents which geographically covers populations in England and North Wales.
