**Full Time Production Operative, Redditch**

**Duties**:

- Assembly of bespoke computer-based products to a quality level.
- Understanding of technical documentation and drawings.
- Communication of technical issues and escalations.
- Perform other duties in any area of the business as determined by the business.

**Requirements**:

- Understanding of bespoke computer hardware components.
- A high level of manual dexterity required.
- Must be reasonably fit and able as the role may involve a physical element.
- Ability to work in an efficient, tidy and organised manner ensuring that health & safety is at the forefront of everything you do.
- Ability to work within a team.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both team members and other employees verbally.
- Keen to learn, progress and develop knowledge across a wide range of products.
- Ability to absorb new skills quickly through mentor and spot training.
- Must be flexible and be adaptable to change with a positive and driven attitude.
- Must have a good attention to detail.
- Excellent work ethic with ability to meet targets set by the business.

**Benefits**:
