Decontamination Assistant

Decontamination of medical equipment to extremely high standard (dynamic mattress systems, beds, hoists etc)
- Maintaining High Standards of hygiene and cleanliness within Decontamination area and general warehouse area
- Working within the clean and dirty sections of the decontamination area
- Excellent record keeping essential when booking and logging of equipment into area
- Assist in loading/unloading vehicles
- Maintaining stocks of decontamination supplies and spare parts
- Quality control and preparation of equipment for dispatch
- Contribute to Inspire’s on-going growth with ideas and suggestions to improve processes and working practices.
- Ensure day to day warehouse procedures are followed at all times
- Allocation of serial numbers/identification marks/documentation
- Pick and dispatch stock
- QC & Testing of stock
- Assembly of equipment for:
Showroom/trials

Rentals

Special order packages
- Prepare stock for driver collection
- Repair Rental Stock where required
- Maintain Storage of managed service stock
- Arranging stock for special requests/trials/demos/dispatch
- Assist with preparation for regular stock takes
- To assist Stock Controller & Sales & Logistics staff with stock issues - escalate issues to Stock Controller
- Tagging of Equipment
- Ensure that the warehouse is both clean and safe at all times
- Deliver against agreed objectives

Pay: £26,196.00-£28,397.00 per year

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
