Sanderson are partnering with a Global Insurance brand who are looking for a Team Manager to join their exciting expansion plans Joining the SME Insurance team, this is an exciting and new opportunity to coach, mentor and lead a new team of Sales Executives.

**Responsibilities**
- Supporting the Commercial Director with day-to-day line management of the New Business sales department.
- Helping to refine the contact strategy and ensuring it is adhered to within the New Business sales department, to maximize opportunities for revenue growth.
- Reporting on trends and patterns to identify new and additional revenue growth opportunities.
- Responsible for defining and implementing new initiatives to increase revenue growth.
- Coaching and mentoring to upskill team members on how they can convert more opportunities into sales.
- Conduct monthly one to one and team meetings.
- Help define the KPI's within both departments as well as tracking, measuring and improving them.
- Lead and inspire to create motivated and engaged colleagues.

**Skills Experience and Qualifications**
- Previous call centre management experience is essential.
- Experience of performance management of KPI's is essential.
- Experience working in Financial Services would be preferable however a proven track record within a Regulated environment will also be considered.
- Excellent communication skills and the genuine ability to listen, coach, mentor and support team members.
- Naturally driven to exceed targets, with a dedicated attitude, combined with the highest degree of ethics and integrity in client focus.
- Good understanding of how to use data to make data driven decisions.
- HR & employment legislation understanding.
- Process improvement knowledge.
