Despite the current climate, we continue to grow and expand throughout our specialist teams and so a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to support our Sales and Marketing desk within the Semiconductor Industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Be responsible for winning new business and cultivating existing accounts

Assist in mentoring and training of Trainees

Build an in-depth knowledge of your sector

Arrange client visits to win new / exclusive business

Develop long term relationships into key accounts

Source vacancy leads and be able to convert into live jobs

Regularly ask for and receive referrals and recommendations on LinkedIn

Plan business strategies around this information to hit financial targets

What are we looking for:
Proven experience / track record of success and can demonstrate how you have grown your current business - Technology or Engineering recruitment experience is desirable but not essential.

Thrive under pressure and has key attention to detail.

Individuals who have a strong desire to build and maintain business relationships.

Have great organisational skills and enjoy a sense of challenge.

Desire to carry out training sessions for Junior Consultants
