**IT Capacity & Performance Manager (Contractor) - Banking Client - Brussels**

**Rate: 600 - 700 euros per day**

**Duration: 6-12 months**

**Hybrid working - 3 days onsite in month, the rest can be worked remotely**

The Capacity Management team is responsible for a full set of activities covering both Capacity and Performance aspects.

You will work as a Capacity Management Expert in the Distributed Technologies Domain.

This domain is responsible for the capacity and performance management on these platforms:

- Windows
- Linux
- ESX
- Distributed Storage
- Network infrastructure

Key activities:
contributing to:

- Daily **monitoring of the capacity and performance** of the Distributed platforms
- Identification and **investigation of capacity and performance incidents / problems**:

- Collaborate to the publication of the **yearly capacity plan** and its **monthly follow-up**:

- **Participate to projects** to ensure that the capacity process is properly applied
- Capacity modelling

**Qualifications - External**

**Required skills**:

- **proven experience with capacity management** and performance engineering processes
- experience with one or more of the following tools:

- **Splunk**:

- **Perfmon**:

- **Linux PCP**:

- **Dynatrace**:

- **VMware VROPs**:

- **Nutanix PRISM**
- good knowledge of **SQL language, Excel, REST API**:

- good **English communication skills**:

- good **analytical skills**:

- a **collaborative mind-set**
